As our Service Advisor, you are the face of the dealership. Your mission is to turn every repair into a seamless, high-quality experience.

Requirements

2+ years of prior service writing experience (CDK experience is a major plus!)
A Tuesday–Saturday schedule (Saturdays are a must)
Strong attention to detail and a desire to win in a team environment
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Act as the vital link between our clients and the shop, translating technical needs into clear options.
Maximize our technicians’ time to meet and exceed sales forecasts.
Prioritize required services and provide professional recommendations that keep our guests safe on the road.
Proactively update customers on completion times, expenses, and any changes to ensure zero surprises.
Ensure every guest walks away with a positive, memorable dealership experience.
