Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check
• Previous service advisor or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism and care
• Manage the full customer experience throughout the service process
• Coordinate with technicians to assign and schedule repair orders
• Present and sell recommended maintenance and service work
• Provide timely updates and communicate clearly with customers in person and over the phone
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Support a smooth, efficient, and productive service department workflow
