Requirements

PREVIOUS DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Superior communication and time management skills
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Consistent record of service and sales success
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
Team oriented and self-motivated with ability to work with little supervision
Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Actively listening to customers' needs
Understanding and recommending maintenance needs of their vehicle
Opening repair orders (ADP preferred however not required) setting expectations and estimating time and cost
Be the face of the Dealership within the Service Department to drive retention
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
