Requirements

  • Experience in a truck, diesel, or automotive service environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic technical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and systems
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset
  • Minimum three years experience in light and/or heavy-duty truck industry with working knowledge of parts and services used in repair and maintenance (similar related experience will be considered)
  • Valid drivers license and good driving record
  • Ability to understand financial information as it pertains to dealership operations
  • Willingness to learntraining will be provided for the right candidate
  • Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, background investigation, physical abilities assessment, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with service management software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers, assess service needs, and deliver a professional, customer-focused experience from drop-off through pick-up
  • Create detailed work orders, provide estimates, and coordinate efficient repair timelines
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with both technicians and customers throughout the service process
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the visit
  • Maintain accurate service records, estimates, and billing documentation
  • Support team operations and perform additional duties as assigned
