About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is the key connection between our customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and professional service experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service is preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
  • Sales-oriented mindset with integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc. preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving records
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Recommend necessary maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition
  • Prepare and explain repair orders, estimates, and invoices
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs
  • Keep customers informed of vehicle status and any changes to cost or completion time
  • Promote service specials, maintenance plans, and manufacturer recommendations
  • Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
  • Follow dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines
