As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the link between our customers and service team—helping identify vehicle concerns, recommending needed services, writing repair orders, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Prior automotive technician experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills and a professional presence
  • Basic mechanical understanding of automotive systems
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in your state of residence

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and assist with vehicle service needs
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately
  • Recommend services and repairs based on customer concerns and technician findings
  • Serve as the main point of communication between the customer and technician
  • Prepare repair orders, estimates, and service documentation with accuracy
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage when applicable
  • Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, timelines, and approvals clearly
  • Keep customers updated on vehicle status, completion times, and service expenses
  • Administer manufacturer warranty processes for qualifying repairs
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the dealership system
  • Support a smooth, professional, and customer-first service lane experience
