The Support You'll Have Stable technician teams who can get work in and out Strong parts availability with expedited options when needed Leadership that understands the shop ( our service manager is a former technician) Modern customer communication tools that keep customers informed and reduce friction A clientele that wants and values maintaining their vehicle A culture built around maintenance first, not chaos management You will not be held back by broken systems, unclear expectations, or constant emergencies. The Kind Of Person Who Thrives Here You likely: Are internally driven and competitive (you like top numbers) Take pride in your work and your results Enjoy recognition for performance Have hobbies or passions outside of work that you work hard to support Played sports, competed, or pushed yourself earlier in life Get frustrated with systems, people, or processes slow you down Want to be trusted to run your lane, not micromanaged You don't need to be loud-you need to be effective. This Role is NOT For Someone Who: Enjoys chasing complex electrical diagnoses all day Thrives on constant crisis management Is comfortable being bogged down by warranty-only work Needs heavy supervision or hand-holding Dislikes selling or avoids recommending needed maintenance Is okay with inconsistent technician flow or broken processes Our Culture: The Laethem Way We believe in leaders creating leaders. That means: Clear systems Mutual accountability Trust built through consistency Solving problems others accept as "just the way it is" If you're good at what you do, we want you unblocked supported, and winning.
