About The Position

As a Service Advisor for Hilltop Camper & RV, you will interact with customers regarding their service/repair needs so they can get their Camper or RV back on the road to have more family fun. If you’re rewarded by creating customers for life because of the strength of your service, please read on. Every day you’ll interact professionally with customers to document their service/repair needs, schedule service appointments, dispatch work to the service technicians, ensure all service/repairs are completed prior to the customer pick-up, and follow-up with customers to make sure their service needs have been resolved. To thrive in this position, you’ll have prior work experience as a Service Advisor/Writer. Hilltop Camper & RV, with stores in Fridley, Oronoco, Brainerd, and Alexandria, MN, is a 3rd generation family-owned camper & RV dealership that employs approximately 130 employees and sells, services, and outfits campers and RVs. Prior work experience as a Service Advisor/Writer
