SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO Greet customers and create a welcoming and friendly environment Work with the customer to evaluate their service needs, review past service history, and make recommendations for repairs Instill confidence in the customer by completing accurate estimates for parts, and labor Partner with service technicians and ensure repair orders are delivered promptly Build trust in customers by checking up on repairs, explaining completed work, and ensuring customer satisfaction Be part of an elite team of automotive service professionals Continue to develop your skills and take your career to new heights! Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years service advising experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Proficient Computer Skills

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and create a welcoming and friendly environment
