About The Position

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and the service department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing clear communication, expert advice, and outstanding service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Service Advisor Experience REQUIRED
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using dealership management software.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, understandable way.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
