About The Position

Scholfield Honda East is looking for a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with vehicle maintenance and repairs, schedule service appointments, and ensure a seamless experience for our loyal customers. While experience is a plus, we’re happy to train candidates with a great attitude and a passion for helping people.
Responsibilities
- Greet service customers and assess vehicle maintenance and repair needs
- Work with technicians to diagnose issues and communicate solutions
- Provide estimates, verify insurance, and process payments
- Offer advice on warranties, repairs, and trade-in options
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Ensure parts are ordered and available as needed
