Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experienced preferred
  • Strong people skills - you enjoy helping customers and solving problems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge or a desire to learn Ford systems
  • Computer proficiency (CDK experience is a plus)
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • CDK experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with energy and professionalism in the service drive
  • Actively listen to concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
  • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition and Ford guidelines
  • Keep customers informed on repair progress, timelines, and cots
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Review completed work with customers in a clear, confidence building way
  • Deliver an exceptional experience that drives loyalty and repeat business
  • Support warranty work, recalls, and manufacturer service campaign
