About The Position

Olson Chevrolet is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department. This role is responsible for understanding customer concerns, recommending services, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a smooth and transparent service experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

Previous experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance (or willingness to learn)
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Maintain Top Notch Customer Experience
Provide Service Recommendations Based on Vehicle Safety & Manufacturer Standards
Manage Open Repair Orders Workflow & Technician Schedules
Ensure all repair orders are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
Follow dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer guidelines.
