Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in John Deere service department operations
  • Knowledge of standard job pricing, commission‑based compensation, and basic service department financial principles
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
  • Strong teamwork and leadership qualities
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and assist with repair and maintenance needs
  • Serve as the central communication hub for the service department
  • Monitor and manage work orders from start to finish
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs meet company standards
  • Oversee technician performance and MST usage
  • Help manage department costs and maintain service efficiency
  • Address challenges proactively and keep the team aligned with departmental goals
