What You'll Do: Maximize Productivity: Schedule shop work to ensure maximum productivity and department profitability. Customer Interaction: Schedule service appointments, gather customer and vehicle data, and keep customers updated on repair progress. Detailed Explanations: Explain repair costs and time requirements, obtain proper authorizations, and provide detailed explanations of completed work. Compliance: Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures. Coordination: Coordinate part requirements with the parts department and handle telephone inquiries.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with heavy vehicle service terminology
Responsibilities
