Requirements

2+ years of Service Advisor experience (automotive dealership experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Accurately document customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
Communicate recommended services and maintenance clearly and confidently
Provide regular updates on repair status and timelines
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality work completion
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives retention and CSI scores
