As a Service Advisor , you’ll serve as the link between our customers and service team—helping identify vehicle concerns, recommending needed services, writing repair orders, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Prior automotive technician experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and a professional presence
- Basic mechanical understanding of automotive systems
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in your state of residence
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and assist with vehicle service needs
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately
- Recommend services and repairs based on customer concerns and technician findings
- Serve as the main point of communication between the customer and technician
- Prepare repair orders, estimates, and service documentation with accuracy
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage when applicable
- Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, timelines, and approvals clearly
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status, completion times, and service expenses
- Administer manufacturer warranty processes for qualifying repairs
- Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the dealership system
- Support a smooth, professional, and customer-first service lane experience
