About The Position

Kenly 95 Petro is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our fast-paced TA Service Center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working closely with technicians, and keeping operations running smoothly—while delivering top-tier customer service. As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the key link between customers and our diesel technicians, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and a positive service experience from start to finish.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume service environment
Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to think on your feet and solve problems effectively
Comfortable using computers and service management systems

Nice To Haves

Previous service writer, automotive, diesel, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

Welcome customers professionally and assess their service needs
Listen carefully to concerns and accurately write repair orders
Communicate with technicians to coordinate repairs and timelines
Provide clear updates to customers regarding repair status, timelines, and costs
Recommend additional services when appropriate, based on vehicle needs
Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation
Support shop workflow to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
Deliver consistent, high-quality service that builds trust and repeat business
