What You’ll Do Deliver attentive and professional customer service. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status, service needs, and recommendations. Partner with technicians to identify vehicle issues and present solutions. Introduce appropriate maintenance programs tailored to customer needs. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle mechanical and technical concepts.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A polished, professional appearance and team-oriented mindset.
  • Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
