Requirements

  • 2+ years as an Automotive Service Advisor (dealership experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of high sales and CSI performance
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Nice To Haves

  • Reynolds & Reynolds / CDK experience is a plus
  • Team player with a competitive edge

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and create a first-class service experience
  • Accurately identify customer concerns and recommend services
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services ethically and effectively
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the process
  • Manage workflow to ensure on-time delivery and high CSI scores
  • Handle high-volume traffic without sacrificing quality
