Requirements
- 2+ years as an Automotive Service Advisor (dealership experience preferred)
- Proven track record of high sales and CSI performance
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Nice To Haves
- Reynolds & Reynolds / CDK experience is a plus
- Team player with a competitive edge
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a first-class service experience
- Accurately identify customer concerns and recommend services
- Recommend maintenance and repair services ethically and effectively
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the process
- Manage workflow to ensure on-time delivery and high CSI scores
- Handle high-volume traffic without sacrificing quality
