About The Position

All American Ford is looking for a Service Advisor to join our family owned and operated high volume dealership. We are looking for a highly motivated, career driven individual to join our team. This position requires a high-level of customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate must possess the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. This position has the compensation of $800/week plus commission.

Requirements

• Must have valid license
• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to pass background check required

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention
• Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System
• Must be extremely detail oriented
• Conduct transactions with system; walk customer through correction and provide summary
• Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates, and follow through on each customer vehicle
• Follow-up with customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed
• Coordinate work flow daily with the technicians and parts departments
• Sell coordinated work to specific customers and fleet customers
