Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Friendly, organized, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers and repair orders
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism and care
  • Guide customers through the service process with clear communication and support
  • Write and manage repair orders while coordinating workflow with technicians
  • Present and sell recommended services and maintenance options
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their visit
  • Help ensure a smooth, organized, and productive service department
