Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic mechanical understanding of automotive systems
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Prior experience as an automotive technician is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and initiate automotive service and repair requests
• Accurately assess vehicle concerns, service needs, and performance issues
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage
• Develop clear and accurate repair estimates for parts and labor
• Write, process, and manage repair orders (ROs) in the service system
• Communicate recommended and additional services based on technician inspections
• Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure clarity and satisfaction
• Keep customers informed on service specials, repair timelines, and costs
• Administer manufacturer warranties for qualifying repairs
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
