We are currently accepting applications for a Honda Service Advisor at Holman Honda of Fort Lauderdale, a proud member of the Holman Automotive Group. As a Honda Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers seeking maintenance and repair services for their vehicles. You will ensure an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients through their service needs while maintaining strong follow-up and communication. This is a commission-based role with excellent earning potential, based on performance.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
  • Excellent follow-up and communication abilities.
  • Interest and passion for the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work long hours and some Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a service advisor or related role is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information about service options.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs.
  • Write complete, accurate repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer policies.
  • Prepare service estimates, sell routine maintenance/repair services and conduct follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquires.
  • Estimate the time needed for completion and stay in regular communication with the customer during the repair process.
  • Assist with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations or shuttle.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times.
  • Work closely with technicians and service managers to ensure timely service completion.
  • Handle all customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of Honda products and services.
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities as needed.
