Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Valid Ohio driver’s license required
- Must pass background check and meet motor vehicle standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
- Create accurate repair orders and service estimates
- Communicate updates and recommendations clearly
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department
- Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from start to finish
