Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their vehicle concerns.
- Coordinate with the service department to schedule and prioritize repairs.
- Provide transparent cost estimates and explain invoices to customers.
- Educate customers on preventive maintenance and optimal vehicle performance.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
