The focus of the Service Advisor is to recommend proper vehicle care to our valued customers and explain the value of maintaining their vehicles for optimal performance. Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous dealership Service Advisor experience is required; Volkswagen and/or import experience preferred.
  • CDK proficiency preferred.
  • Phenomenal follow-up skills.
  • Strong desire to engage with the customer and ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High energy and positive attitude.
  • Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle repair and maintenance concerns.
  • Directing the customer’s vehicle to an experienced technician and consulting with the technician about needed repairs/services.
  • Informing customers of any changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
  • Responsible for communication with the customer as to the status of their vehicle from onset through delivery.
  • Answering customer questions about their vehicle service and applicable warranty coverage.
  • Advising the customer and coming up with a plan for their vehicle in the short and long term of the customer’s needs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience.
