Requirements

  • Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred — but we’ll train the right personality
  • Strong communication & sales instincts
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of the service drive , greeting every guest with confidence and professionalism
  • Clearly communicate recommendations and build trust through transparency
  • Write repair orders, present services, and help customers make informed decisions
  • Partner with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely repairs
  • Follow up with every customer — and make sure they leave feeling like VIPs
