About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Service Advisor who can keep things running smoothly at the front counter. If you can juggle conversations, quotes, and repair orders — all with a smile — we want to meet you! Requirements

  • Great communicator who loves working with people
  • Organized, energetic, and able to handle a busy shop
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Some automotive knowledge or experience in service advising (a plus, not a must!)

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and making them feel at home
  • Writing up repair orders and explaining services (no confusing jargon!)
  • Keeping customers updated on their vehicles
  • Working closely with our techs to get jobs done right and on time
  • Building great relationships that bring people back again and again
