What You’ll Do Engage homeowners face-to-face to educate them on how solar can lower or eliminate their electric bills. Conduct personalized energy assessments and design solar systems that fit each homeowner’s needs. Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, community networking, and referrals. Manage the full sales cycle — from consultation to close — with support from our project management team. Stay up to date on solar incentives, rebates, and financing programs.
