About The Position

Arrow Ford is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. The right candidate is a confident communicator, highly organized, and genuinely motivated to help customers accomplish their goals. As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, building trust, providing consistent updates, and ensuring a best-in-class service experience from write-up to delivery. Requirements

  • Service Advisor experience required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willing to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, listen carefully, ask strong questions, and identify service needs
  • Accurately document concerns and vehicle issues on the repair order
  • Verify and update customer contact information, including email
  • Review service history, perform walkarounds/inspections, and recommend maintenance as needed
  • Provide complete, accurate estimates for labor and parts
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding status and timelines
  • Coordinate repair progress to ensure work is completed on time and fixed right the first time
  • Obtain customer approvals for repairs (including additional recommendations)
  • Inspect completed repair orders for accuracy, pricing, and legibility
  • Meet or exceed add-on and service sales goals
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Complete all required OEM and dealership training
