About The Position

C. A. Russell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our service department team. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between our customers and technicians—providing a positive service experience from drop-off to pick-up. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Prior automotive service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with dealership software (Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc.) a plus
  • Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Prepare repair orders and coordinate work with service technicians
  • Communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process
  • Review service recommendations and estimates with transparency and integrity
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records in the dealership’s service management system
  • Help manage the flow of service drive traffic and appointments
