Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with service appointments and walk-ins
• Listen to customer concerns and document accurate repair details
• Perform vehicle intake, including verifying information and conducting a walk-around inspection
• Check for recalls, maintenance needs, and recommended services
• Present service estimates and clearly explain work being performed
• Obtain proper customer authorization before repairs begin
• Communicate with technicians and monitor repair progress
• Keep customers informed with updates on timing, costs, and completion
• Review completed work and final invoices with customers
• Schedule future maintenance and service appointments
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
