About The Position

As a Service Advisor at Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair experience. You will work closely with both customers and the service team to coordinate appointments, provide accurate estimates, and communicate repair needs clearly and professionally. Requirements

Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance terminology is a plus.
Proficiency with computer systems and software used for scheduling and invoicing.
