About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing a welcoming experience.

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repair work.
  • Manage service appointments and maintain organized records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion.
  • Handle customer questions and concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
