About The Position

TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is a growing company representing Mack Trucks, Volvo Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment, along with being the Servicing Dealer for multiple other product lines that support the On Highway, Construction and Agriculture Industry. TranSource Truck & Equipment is currently accepting applications for a Service Advisor at our Belgrade branch. Primary Responsibilities: Greet customers and answer phone calls throughout the workday. Report to the Service Manager and work closely with the Service Technicians, Parts and Sales Department. Schedule service appointments and advise customers about necessary services for routine maintenance. Communicate with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed and approved repairs. Prepares a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for services needed. Check on progress of repair orders throughout the day, to ensure timely completion. Communicate with customer on progress of the job and any additional repairs that are required. Maintains high customer satisfaction standards. Responsible to keep skills up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, & dealer standards per OEM. Must have experience with parts or equipment.

Requirements

  • 2-year technical degree or several years of comparable shop experience
  • Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding and professional customer service
  • Excellent written, verbal and computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain safe and clean work environment
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background screening and have an insurable driving record.
