About The Position

Diehl Automotive has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor! We have the techs, the work volume, great management, new buildings being built, and record months! Now is the time to join Diehl Hyundai! As a Service Advisor you will: Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner. Obtain accurate information regarding the customers vehicle, documenting any and all concerns to the repair order. Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according manufactures specifications. Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts. Provide customers with a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services performed to their vehicle. Obtain prior authorization from the customer or warranty company of repairs that need to be completed. Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments, and follow up with customers on work in progress. Verify manufacturer and extended warranty coverage. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Time management skills
  • Commitment to 100% customer satisfaction
  • Have basic computer skills to include typing and Microsoft Excel
  • Be organized, professional and courteous

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred
