About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage is looking for a strong Service Advisor who can manage the drive, communicate clearly with guests, and keep work moving through the shop. This role sits at the center of the operation. You control the guest experience, the repair order, and the flow between the customer and the technician. Requirements

  • Automotive or customer service experience required
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple repair orders at once
  • Professional presence and steady follow-through
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Maintain strong CSI performance
  • Meet labor and parts sales goals
  • Ensure accurate and complete repair orders
  • Communicate consistently with every guest
  • Follow all dealership processes and compliance standards

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Service Advisor experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and perform vehicle intake
  • Write and manage repair orders from start to finish
  • Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations
