Are you customer-focused, energetic, and friendly? Kenworth of Bel Air is hiring an experienced Service Advisor (heavy-duty experience preferred) to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with our customers, managing communication throughout the repair process and serving as the liaison between customers and the dealership. You'll use your automotive/mechanical service knowledge to understand customer needs, set expectations, and ensure every customer receives first-class service.
