Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license (acceptable driving record) and be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.
Organized, friendly, and naturally helpful.
Fantastic verbal and written skills; able to explain technical concepts simply.
Well-groomed appearance consistent with a luxury retail environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage processes and collaborate with others.
Regularly standing, walking, and moving throughout the dealership; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to test drive customer vehicles; comfort working in a shop environment with moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.
Close vision and depth perception are required for vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities

Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring every guest receives a prompt and polished greeting.
Translate complex repair needs into clear, transparent explanations for vehicle owners.
Manage technician schedules and distribute work to ensure the shop runs at peak performance.
Take personal ownership of every inquiry (phone or in-person) to ensure no customer is ever "mishandled."
