We live that statement every single day. We are looking for a Service Advisor to help support that mission. JOB SUMMARY The service advisor is expected to be a Liaison between the Service Department and their Customers. The Service Advisor is expected to take ownership of all Repair Orders (Customers) that they open as well as support all other Repair Orders (Customers) as needed until the time they are completed and closed. Compensation includes a competitive, team-based incentive plan based on department performance!
