We are seeking Service Advisor, Parts Advisors, and Technicians for our growing service and parts department.

Requirements

Two - Three Years Dealership Experience is HIGHLY PREFFERED
Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
Great Attitude, Honesty, Ethical with the highest of integrity
Previous customer service experience
Above average energy level
A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional integrity

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Establish follow up time
Communication skills
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
