About The Position

Southwest Toyota is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. If you’re great with people, organized under pressure, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to meet you.

Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and serve as their main point of contact in the service department
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and keep customers updated on repair status
  • Prepare estimates, explain repairs, and close repair orders
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup
