Requirements

  • 5+ years of Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment
  • Honda certification or equivalent OEM certification – required
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Task-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume service operations
  • Professional appearance and customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage the service lane experience from write-up through vehicle delivery
  • Accurately document customer concerns and recommend maintenance and repairs
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, parts, and management
  • Ensure repair orders meet Honda and dealership standards
  • Drive CSI, service retention, and first-visit resolution
  • Provide timely updates and set clear customer expectations
  • Maintain organization, follow-up, and workflow discipline
