Requirements

  • Experience That Counts: 2+ years as a Service Advisor (automotive experience preferred)
  • Customer Killer Instinct: Sharp communication, relentless organization, zero dropped balls
  • Tech-Forward Mindset: Fluent in-service software with working mechanical knowledge
  • Pressure-Proof Professional: Solve problems fast while keeping your cool
  • Team-First Energy: You win as a team—or not at all
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
