About The Position

The Service Advisor is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. ✅ Drive Sales & Profitability: Gross Profit, Parts Margin, Tire Sales, Finance, etc. ✅ Customer Satisfaction: Deliver 90% or higher Scores i.e NPS, Google ✅ Support shop productivity by managing workflow and scheduling effectively.

Requirements

Prior experience in automotive service writing or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry.
High integrity, attention to detail, and a sales-oriented mindset.
Comfortable using point-of-sale software and digital inspection tools.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Act as Main Sales person and contact for customers.
Write and sell Maintenance, Repairs & Tires work confidently.
Clearly explain recommendations and costs.
Coordinate with technicians to complete work on time.
Manage the repair order process from write-up to invoicing and payment.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for service categories.
Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and professionalism at the front desk.
