About The Position

Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly service experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs
Provide clear communication and updates throughout the service process
Recommend maintenance and service based on vehicle needs
Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
