Requirements

Minimum of 3 years Premium Brand Service Advisor Experience
Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Be the Bridge Between Customer and Technician Ensure clear communication of customer concerns and technician recommendations, creating a seamless service experience.
Craft Accurate Service Estimates Calculate costs for parts, labor, and deductibles to provide transparent and trustworthy pricing.
Manage Repair Orders with Precision Prepare and process ROs, obtain approvals, and maintain accurate records in our service database.
Deliver Insightful Vehicle Consultations Explain inspection results and recommend additional services with confidence and clarity.
Navigate Warranty Administration Handle manufacturer warranty claims for qualifying repairs with attention to detail.
Keep Customers Informed and Engaged Share service specials, timelines, and expenses to ensure customers feel valued and informed.
