Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer systems and automotive service software.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the service department.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose automotive issues.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs.
- Coordinate service appointments and communicate with customers throughout the service process.
- Generate service estimates and obtain necessary approvals from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in a timely manner.
