About The Position
Hansel Ford of Napa is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team!! Pay Range: Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $37,500.00 to $150,000 +. Requirements
- Professional appearance
- Strong communication skills
- Able to sell/recommend service
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a criminal background screening
Nice To Haves
- Dealership service writing experience is a huge plus!!
Responsibilities
- Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive
- Complete all service documents
- Represent and sell recommended maintenance and repair work
- Follow-up with each customer on declined work
- Effectively manage activity in the service lane
- Maintain ongoing conversations with extended warranty providers
