This role works with customers to schedule service work and communicate any additional service needed. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • A minimum of one year s RV service experience preferred
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, as required is essential. Hours may include, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to superior customer service
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Knowledge or ability to learn company systems applications, including Motility Systems2K, and other software applicable
  • Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
  • Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer s description of symptoms
  • Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
  • Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer s payment, including deductibles
  • Prepares repair orders (RO)
  • Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards
  • Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed to keep them up to date with their RV s status
